Effective 3 November 2026

1. About these Terms

1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the FreeWorld mobile app (the “App”) and the related servers and website freeopenworld.com (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Tako Gogitidze, identification number 61001087788, Georgia, Batumi city, Luka Asatiani street, N 49 (the “Operator”).

1.2. By installing or using the App you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

2.1. FreeWorld is a free VPN service supported by advertising. No account or payment is required.

2.2. Free sessions may be limited in time, and an ad may be shown before connecting. The servers, countries, limits and features of the Service may change at any time.

2.3. The Operator aims to keep the Service available but does not guarantee that it will work without interruptions, at a particular speed or in every country and network.

3. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law of your country sets a higher minimum age for using such services on your own. You are responsible for making sure that using a VPN is lawful where you are.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Limiting and blocking

The Operator may limit or block access for a device that breaks these Terms or threatens the Service or other users, without prior notice.

6. Ads and third-party content

The Service is funded by ads, including ads from third-party networks. Advertisers and the operators of external websites are responsible for their own offers and content.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its name, design and content belong to the Operator or its licensors. Open-source components included in the App are provided under their own licenses. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. A VPN does not make you completely anonymous and does not protect against every threat.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes and termination

The Operator may update these Terms. A new version takes effect when published at freeopenworld.com/terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Georgia, unless the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim there.
