By installing and using the FreeWorld mobile app (the “App”), I freely give specific, informed and unambiguous consent, in accordance with the Law of Georgia “On Personal Data Protection” and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, to the processing of my personal data by the Operator — Individual Entrepreneur Tako Gogitidze, identification number 61001087788, Georgia, Batumi city, Luka Asatiani street, N 49 — on the terms below.
Providing the free VPN service; choosing a working server; enforcing free-session limits; showing ads and offers in my language and for my country; protecting the Service from abuse and fraud; support; complying with the law.
Collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure (transfer, access) to the extent needed for the purposes above, anonymization, restriction, erasure and destruction — with or without automated means.
I agree that technical data may be transferred to partners operating the VPN servers and hosting, and that the Google AdMob and Yandex Advertising Network / AppMetrica ad networks may receive device data and the advertising ID to the extent needed to show ads, including transfers to other countries with the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
This consent is valid from the start of use of the App until the purposes are achieved or the consent is withdrawn. Location consent can be withdrawn at any time with “Settings → Share location” or in Android settings — the coordinates and country are then deleted from the server. The consent as a whole can be withdrawn by uninstalling the App and sending a notice with the device ID to support@freeopenworld.com; the Operator stops processing and deletes the data within 10 business days unless the law requires it to be kept. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
